cgk333 reserves the right to accept, decline, or provisionally approve any registration at its sole discretion. A provisional Account allows access to Platform features but full withdrawal access requires satisfactory completion of the KYC process described in Section 9.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on cgk333. In the event that duplicate accounts are identified, cgk333 will merge or close the duplicate account(s), apply any relevant bonus forfeiture rules, and may suspend the Member pending an investigation. cgk333's determination in such matters is final.
All cgk333 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Once an Account currency is set to IDR at registration it cannot be changed. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are calculated and displayed in Rupiah. cgk333 does not apply any currency conversion fee on transactions conducted through supported Indonesian payment methods.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cgk333 Login credentials — your username and password. cgk333 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer on all Member Accounts. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended, particularly for Members who access the Platform from multiple devices or shared networks. 2FA can be configured in the Account security settings after completing the cgk333 Login process.
You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access cgk333 is free from malware, keyloggers, and unauthorized remote-access software. cgk333 is not liable for losses attributable to compromise of a Member's device or network environment.
cgk333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah. cgk333 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your cgk333 Wallet within five minutes of receipt of cleared funds. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally processed instantly. cgk333 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Member's bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified (KYC-complete) Members are processed within the same business day during operational processing hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next available processing window. cgk333 does not guarantee same-day processing for accounts where KYC is incomplete or where a withdrawal is subject to a security review.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by cgk333 are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general and specific terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement on cgk333 welcome bonuses is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount. cgk333 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if cgk333 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that it is possible to lose money when using the cgk333 Platform. You accept full responsibility for any wagering decisions you make and confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose.
cgk333 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
cgk333 may permanently terminate an Account upon completion of any investigation that confirms a material breach of these Terms. On termination for cause, cgk333 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and withhold Real Money Funds pending resolution of any outstanding investigation. Real Money Funds to which forfeiture does not apply will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.

Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be settled and any active wagering requirements reviewed. cgk333 aims to process voluntary account closure requests within five business days.
cgk333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change materially affects Member rights or obligations, cgk333 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days advance notice via email to the registered address on the Member's Account. Changes of a minor or administrative nature may be made without advance notice and take effect upon publication on the Platform.
Your continued use of the cgk333 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cgk333 holds its international operating license.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the period specified above, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral institution governing cgk333's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any claim against cgk333 must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
